We will accept any product that is not damaged for up to 30 days from the date of shipment in exchnge for a store credit. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless there is a product defect.

Shipping Questions
Your shipping will be calculated using actual UPS shipping rates. UPS ground shipping times are not guaranteed. Shipping time does not include our time to get the orders ready. If you need something by a certain date, please type that into the comments section and we will try to make it happen. If you have any other shipping preferences please state them in the comments on the order form. If you need Federal Express on an in-stock item, just email or call us. In the Continental US, our main shipping method is UPS. It is economical, and packages are insured and tracked. For heavy or fragile items such as most kilns, wheels, pug mills, slab rollers, and large quantities of clay or chemicals, your exact shipping cost will be determined when we choose a private carrier. We use wholesale carriers that are very competitive. You will be emailed the cost for approval. In many cases you'll want to have assistants handy to help move the item where you want it. Kilns are often sectional and can be taken apart on the truck and removed in sections. You should make sure the items are unpacked and verify they are not damaged before signing the receipt.
