Ordering and Shipping Information

Accepted Payment Methods
Our store accepts Visa, Mastercard, checks, and money orders. We accept credit card payments by phone only so when you order, please send me your phone number so I can call you and get the information from you. Check payment orders are shipped in 7 to 10 days, after the check has cleared your bank. We ship immediately on receipt of money orders and credit card payments, if that item is in stock. If not in stock, we will give you a time frame of when it will be shipped. Please order early as each piece is hand made by us and takes time to make, dry, fire, glaze, fire again and ship. Our Return Policy
We will accept any product that is not damaged for up to 30 days from the date of shipment in exchnge for a store credit. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless there is a product defect.

We do not share the information gathered through this web site with any other 3rd party. All payment information entered through this web site is done so through a secure server with SSL encryption.

Shipping Questions
Your shipping will be calculated using actual UPS shipping rates. UPS ground shipping times are not guaranteed. Shipping time does not include our time to get the orders ready. If you need something by a certain date, please type that into the comments section and we will try to make it happen but please order in plenty of time so we can make the item, fire it, glaze it, fire it again, and ship it. If you have any other shipping preferences please state them in the comments on the order form. If you need Federal Express on an in-stock item, just email or call us. In the Continental US, our main shipping method is UPS. It is economical, and packages are insured and tracked. If you have special questions about ordering, please give us a call at (979) 289-3765 . To check on an existing order, please click here to send an email. Place your order number in the subject field of the email and "check my order" in the message. If you have recieved partial delivery, please indicate this in the email.
